Inspired by the native Australian Fan Palm, of north QLD, this is the new reimagining of the Fan Palm original - with a few extra elements and softer colouring. The uses for the Fan Palm frond fibres are amazing - they were used as thatch, food wrappings & more. The colours in these works I kept soft, to keep with the breezy summer feeling and added touches of earth toned, boho inspired woven mat elements for styling.
