Shipping policy

All orders will be printed within 3 business days, and posted immediately after this - by your choice of post. 

Please note that Frianki does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds in the case of a changed mind.

Each art work is printed to order, so please take this into consideration before purchasing. If the art has been damaged during transit, contact me immediately so that a we can arrange a replacement.

If an order has been returned after an attempted delivery, then an additional shipping fee may occur so that your order can be re-delivered.

 - For A4 & smaller print sizes, each print is placed in a clear cellophane bag with backing board, and then sent in a rigid, 700gsm A4 mailer, so no bending!

 - For A3 and smaller print sizes, each print is placed in a clear cellophane bag with backing board, and then packaged in a rigid, 700gsm A3 box mailer, and notified fragile when sending.

 - For A2 size print sizes and above, your artwork can be sent one of two ways:

The A2 prints will be placed in a clear cellophane dust bag, then carefully rolled to be placed in a cardboard mailing tube. Once you have received your print, you simply unroll the work, place it on a flat surface with some flat heavy objects lying on top (like books) overnight. The print will then be flattened to frame. Depending on the amount of other prints ordered, any smaller prints will be sent rolled also, or mailed as per the above.

Your A2 artwork and smaller prints are each placed in a clear cellophane dust protection bag, and then packaged in a rigid, 700gsm A3 box or cardboard mailer, notified as fragile & shipped.
