Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the handmade creative artwork found here at Frianki, we do not accept returns or refunds for artwork or gift cards.

However, please get in touch with evidence of any damages on any Frianki products and we will investigate the issue. If you do have an issue with your order please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
At this stage, we are not able to accept exchanges at Frianki.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
